    Urging the United States Congress to reject H.R. 45, the Blair

Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                               
amendment to CSHJR 17(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 17(JUD),                                                                    
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                                                      
amendment to CSHJR 17(JUD)?"  The roll was taken with the
